Engineer for Electrical Lab in Ho Chi Minh City

We are hiring position of Engineer for Electrical Industry in Ho Chi Minh City

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for engineer to join our Electrical Lab in Ho Chi Minh City. We are looking for motivated and talents at all levels of experience to join our team on a permanent basis and fulfil the following responsibilities:

Objective:     

• Conduct testing and inspection in a professional and ethical manner and support the technical manager becoming the clear number 1 in the Business line in Vietnam (market penetration, customer impact, quality, innovation, operational excellence, and people.
• Deliver accurate and independent reports in a timely manner.

Role and Responsibilities:     

• Receive and read the Testing orders, standards, and instruction before conducting testing.
• Perform testing in a professional and safe manner, ensuring that inspections are carried out in accordance with Inspection Order, standards, and client’s instruction
• Keep Laboratory Technical manager informed daily or as required as to the progress of the testing and report any problems identified when performing a test.
• Prepare accurate and detailed written tests reports and pass to Laboratory Section Head for final issuance.
• Lease with clients, Business Line and authority for information and equipment to carry out assignment.
• Control laboratory equipment monitor condition and shortage as assigned by technical manager.
• Maintenance of laboratory equipment / sample as required – report defects to Laboratory technical manager.
• Other duties as requested by the Laboratory technical manager to support the business line activities

Interfaces:     

• All laboratory staff, clients, others business lines of Intertek.

Key Performance Indicators:     

• Number of errors in Reports and delivery time of Reports (Maximum 24 hours after completion of testing)
• Accuracy and number of customer queries on test report.

Requirements:

• University degree in major in Electric or related field.
• Preferred 2 years of working in testing facility for third parties.
• Basic English communication skill
• Careful, willing to learn, high teamwork spirit.
• Hardworking, hones
